The final remaining lots in Stage 1 at the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct have been released to market, with the State Government seeking offers from developers for the mixed-use sites.
Lots 120 and 121 are located within the South Street Precinct, and are being sold via a six-week Offers Invited campaign managed by DevelopmentWA.
Zoned Mixed Use, the 2,370sqm Lot 120 and 2,335sqm Lot 121 are being offered for sale as a separate or grouped purchase.
The Lots are suitable for health, residential, technology or education uses, and are within walking distance of Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University and the Murdoch train and bus interchange.
They are also in close proximity to the site of Western Australia’s first medihotel, which is being developed as part of Stage 1A at MHKP.
Plans for Stage 1A received development approval in 2020 and include aged care and childcare facilities, hotel, retail, office and residential buildings, medical centres and mental health facilities, together with the medihotel.
Main building works in Stage 1A commenced this year, with completion expected in 2023.
Located adjacent to Fiona Stanley Hospital and St John of God Murdoch, and close to Murdoch University, the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and South Metropolitan TAFE, the 9.6ha MHKP will ultimately be home to 1,200 dwellings for 2,400 residents, as well as 45,000sqm of health, retail and commercial space.
The Precinct is a catalyst for the delivery of the broader Murdoch Activity Centre, which is set to become a vibrant hub of world-class research, jobs and public transport. On completion, it is expected to deliver up to 35,000 jobs, homes for 22,000 residents, and facilities for up to 44,000 students.
Offers for Lots 120 and 121 at MHKP close at 2pm on Tuesday, October 26. For further information, visit https://developmentwa.com.au/projects/residential/murdoch-health-and-knowledge-precinct
