New homesites on offer at Highland Range estate

A new land release at DevelopmentWA’s Highland Range estate in Jane Brook is offering buyers the chance to secure a new homesite on the doorstep of the Swan Valley.

Stage 2B – Release 1, at the sought-after estate includes a total of 14 new residential lots, ranging in size from 361sqm up to 510sqm, with land prices starting from just $280,000.

The latest stage to be released will also deliver the estate’s biggest public open space area, a landscaped park featuring a playground with seating, shelters, half-court basketball and netball area and scooter and bike circuits.

DevelopmentWA chief executive Frank Marra said the estate was well suited to those wanting to escape the pull of the city without leaving it behind.
“Highland Range is a unique prospect for homebuyers - an elevated estate located close to natural parklands, offering residents glimpses of the Perth CBD, while being part of an established local community,” Mr Marra said.

A number of the new lots will back directly onto the new landscaped park. Construction of the park will commence in the coming months, ahead of its official opening early next year.

The established Wiltshire and Augustus Parks are also located in close proximity to Highland Range, offering additional amenity for residents and their families.

Wiltshire Park seamlessly connects to the estate and includes walkways, public art, viewing platforms and a giant sun dial, while Augustus Park includes a lake and children's playground.

Located at the base of the Darling Scarp, just 35 minutes from the Perth CBD, Highland Range will ultimately feature approximately 146 single residential home lots.

A value of up to $7,500 fencing and front landscaping package is available to all buyers at the estate.

Certificates of Title for Stage 2B – Release 1 lots are anticipated early next year.
