A new subdivision proposal is set to provide more options for businesses looking to purchase land at Avon Industrial Park.
The proposal will create three new lots sized from 6,800sqm to 1.4ha on the corner of Leeming Road and Spionkop Road.
LandCorp General Manager – Economic and Employment Land John Hackett said that this proposed subdivision would allow a wider range of businesses to set up their premises in the estate.
“Avon Industrial Park has a number of large lot opportunities, but the creation of these three new lots will allow smaller businesses to also enjoy the benefits of the Park,” Mr Hackett said.
“The proposed lots have great exposure to key ancillary roads, making them ideal for lunch bars, motor vehicle repair facilities and other support industry uses.”
Lots in Avon Industrial Park are priced from $6.30/sqm – a significant saving against comparable land in the Perth Metropolitan area.
Anyone looking to purchase land in Avon Industrial Park should contact Doug Stirling, LandCorp on 9482 7445 or Paul Tomlinson, ACDF on 0428 928 002.
