New road unlocks hundreds of local jobs at Rockingham Industry Zone

  • New road and signalled intersection to unlock 73.5ha of new strategic industrial land in Rockingham Industry Zone
  • Development of the zone has the potential to create up to 165 construction jobs and 310 operational jobs
  • Nine new fully serviced general industrial lots also released at the nearby Clipper Precinct in the Rockingham Industry Zone

A new road in the Rockingham Industry Zone is set to unlock a further 73.5 hectares of strategically located industrial land that has the potential of supporting more than 400 Western Australian jobs.

The new road - Alloy Avenue - will open up three land parcels zoned as strategic industrial, providing new opportunities for businesses to get established in downstream processing and other heavy activities within the Western Trade Coast.
