The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) approved the Development Area 3 (DA3) Structure Plan in October 2015. Since the 2015 approval by the WAPC, DevelopmentWA has engaged with Latitude 32 landowners to explore opportunities to improve development viability with a view to de-constrain and activate future private sector investment.
