We invite comment on a development application received for a proposed warehouse at Lot 15577 Helena Street, Midland (the application), located within the Helena Precinct (the Precinct) of the Midland Project Area.

The proposed Warehouse is a use not preferred or contemplated for the Precinct and accordingly the application is being advertised consistent with the provisions of Clause 6.7 of the Midland Redevelopment Scheme No. 2 (the Scheme).

Comments on the application should be received by 7 October 2020 and can be submitted on the website, by email to planning@developmentwa.com.au or by post for the attention of the Redevelopment Operations, Locked Bag 5, Perth Business Centre, Perth WA 6849.
