ARMADALE REDEVELOPMENT SCHEME 2 – CHAMPION LAKES GATEWAY PRECINCT STRUCTURE PLAN – CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
In accordance with clause 9.6 of Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2 (Scheme 2), notice is given that the Armadale Land Redevelopment Committee (Armadale LRC), at its meeting on 5 October 2020, approved the Champion Lakes Gateway Precinct Structure Plan (Structure Plan), subject to conditions of approval.
Once the modifications to the Structure Plan, required under the conditions of approval, have been completed, the final Structure Plan report and appendices will be uploaded to our website.
