The Scarborough Land Redevelopment Committee resolved to approve the development application, submitted by Hillam Architects for a seven-storey residential development at Lot 30 (No. 20) Hastings Street, Scarborough, subject to minor amendments to the recommended conditions and advice notes to address landscaping, glazing to the northern façade, signage, wind, services, stormwater management and dilapidation reports for adjoining properties.
