The development application seeks approval for a maximum building height of 24 storeys (up to 80.1m plus roof plant and lift overrun) in the western portion of the lot, in lieu of the ‘base’ height of 12 storeys (up to 43m) or ‘bonus’ height of 18 storeys (up to 64m) permitted under the Scarborough Design Guidelines.
