Transforming Western Australia’s Capabilities

The Australian Marine Complex (AMC) is Western Australia’s key shipbuilding and sustainment industrial precinct, supporting the manufacturing, fabrication, assembly & maintenance requirements of the marine, defence, energy and resource industries.

Located in Perth’s premier industrial corridor, just 23km’s south of the city, the AMC is one of only two naval shipbuilding locations in Australia.

Common User Facility North: Buildings B003 and B004

Expressions of Interest are open for two buildings within the Australian Marine Complex Common User Facility (CUF) North.

  • Building B003 - Fabrication Hall
  • Building B004 - Project Office

Expressions of interest are open from 1 to 30 September 2026, submissions close 2pm (WST) on 30 September 2026

The AMC Common User Facility offers heavy load out berth infrastructure, fabrication and assembly facilities, significant laydown areas and a floating dock and transfer system.
