Enterprise Park - Overview

The 182 hectare Enterprise Park, 25 minutes north of the city, is one of Perth’s most successful industrial parks. All land within Enterprise Park has now been sold and developed.

Winner of the 2016 Property Council Award for Best Business or Industrial Park

Located in an area once considered to be 'too far north', Enterprise Park was awarded the 2016 Award for Best Business or Industrial Park at the Property Council of Australia's national Innovation and Excellence Awards

This Innovation through Demonstration development was the first industrial park in WA to introduce design guidelines in order to achieve an attractive, unified development featuring high-quality buildings that are energy, water and resource efficient.

If you're looking for industrial land, please visit Meridian Park in Neerabup, just 17km north of Enterprise Park.

Sustainable Development

Development checklists provided a set of planning criteria for purchasers to ensure a consistently high standard of development and visual amenity was achieved in the park. The resultant well-designed buildings and quality landscaping have contributed to the success of Enterprise Park.

To achieve our sustainability goals we worked with Australian concrete supplier, Rocla, to develop an innovative sand extraction model.

An estimated 5 million cubic metres of sand was extracted from Enterprise Park and was able to help satisfy the high demand for good quality sand within the construction industry.

We were then able to design the estate with this sand extraction in mind, thereby planning and facilitating neighbouring landowners to also make use of this resource.

Following its success at Enterprise Park, this model of resource extraction is now being used at Meridian Park in Neerabup to allow limestone to be quarried prior to the development of the industrial estate.
