The future Alkimos Coastal Village (Alkimos foreshore development) comprises of 86 hectares located between the Indian Ocean to the west, nature reserves to the north and east and the established community of Alkimos Beach to the south.

Planned to become a vibrant ocean front village community, Alkimos Coastal Village's natural coastal setting will create an unsurpassed coastal experience unique to Alkimos.

The foreshore will be an energetic and lively place with a distinct coastal flavour complemented by a specialised retail and entertainment precinct, within easy reach to both the immediate community and the wider region.

Planned to offer a diverse range of housing options, many with coastal views, Alkimos Coastal Village will be connected to the future Alkimos Central train station via a direct bus route.
