An exciting, modern residential community
Located three minutes from the town centre, Buckingham Way estate offers prime residential lots in a new neighbourhood.
A range of lots are available to cater for different lifestyles, including smaller cottage-style lots, larger 1,000sqm+ homesites, and R30-zoned grouped housing sites, all within one of Collie's most desirable residential areas.
When complete, Buckingham Way residents will be part of a well-planned community featuring integrated parklands, walkways, cycle paths and access to adjoining bushland.
Located 45 minutes from Bunbury, Collie offers all the services of a key regional centre, while maintaining its country charm and hospitality.
Its magnificent scenery and growing adventure tourism market, combined with a range of schools, shops and other amenities, makes Collie an attractive place for families and visitors alike.
