We’re backing Regional WA
Through Regional Land Booster you can access DevelopmentWA incentives on our residential and industrial land.
Only two residential lots available
The 2 remaining lots are serviced with overhead power and water and are both sized 1,012sqm. They are located close to the town's facilities, providing the perfect opportunity to be part of a close-knit farming community.
Coorow is a three hour drive north of Perth and is located between Carnamah and Moora in Western Australia’s Midlands wheatbelt area.
Settlers first arrived in Coorow in the 1860s and the townsite was established in 1893.
The name Coorow is derived from the Aboriginal name of a nearby spring. The word "Curro" is thought to be the Aboriginal word for a variety of Portulacca, however another theory suggests it may mean "many mists".
During winter and in early summer, Coorow is popular with wildflower enthusiasts who come to view the spectacular carpet of colours that flood the area.
To continue the development of a vibrant rural community, purchasers are required to build their home within 36 months from settlement.
Regional Development Assistance Program
This residential land has been developed under our Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP). RDAP helps Local Governments to address the high costs associated with residential, industrial and commercial land developments in regional WA. Through these partnerships we deliver the land needed to support regional growth and to build great communities.
We have hundreds of lots available with a range of sizes and towns to choose from. View the full range of lots here.
