Medihotel due to open in 2024
Stage 1A of the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct will see the delivery of Western Australia’s first Medihotel, along with an aged care facility, super medical clinic, residential dwellings in a development featuring commercial, retail, food and beverage spaces.
Developer Hesperia will deliver an integrated development including a range of land uses that will place WA’s first specialist Medihotel facility at the heart of a vibrant community, supporting the nearby Fiona Stanley and St John of God Hospitals, and surrounded by quality medical, commercial and residential
development.
Site works, including construction of the Medihotel, has commenced, with practical completion expected late 2023.
Lot 118 to become new residential and commercial project
Birchmead Property Group have joined with Hesperia to acquire lot 118 for a new residential and commercial project.
The developers plan to construct a 10-storey development on the 3,438sqm mixed use site, with the almost 17,000sqm floor area to include 120 apartments and commercial opportunities.
Construction is expected to commence in 2024, subject to approvals.
