Keystart has recently increased the maximum income limits for its Low Deposit Home Loan, in support of the State Government’s policy to assist more Western Australians into affordable home ownership. The income limits have increased by $15,000 for singles and couples and by $20,000 for families for first and subsequent homebuyers, and will now be extended to 30 June 2020. The income limits will revert to previous levels on July 1, 2020. So even if you have not qualified previously, you could now be eligible for a home loan.
