No. Although we are referring to the same land area, Bentley 360 was a proposed project with a structure plan to deliver approximately 1,500 homes in a partnership between the Department of Communities and a private developer. After the demolishment of the original Brownlie Towers on this site in 2019, a suitable private developer could not be found, and Bentley 360 did not proceed.
