Wungong Urban Single House Application

We’ve made some changes to our processes. It’s part of the State Government’s planning reform, which aims to cut red tape, reduce administrative processes and provide greater consistency of decision making.

DevelopmentWA is no longer undertaking compliance assessments of single residential proposals in the Wungong Project Area, including Haynes and Hilbert.

Instead, proposals for single residential development on lots greater than 260m2 that comply with the R-Codes PLN 3.10 or an approved Local Development Plan (LDP) applicable to the site, should be submitted directly to the City of Armadale for a building permit.

Applications for development approval for any single dwelling that does not comply with the R-Codes PLN 3.10 or applicable LDP, or is proposed on a lot less than 260m2, will need to be submitted to and approved by DevelopmentWA.
