Planning framework documents that are currently being publicly advertised are available below for your review. These may include Master Plans, Planning Schemes, Design Guidelines, Development Policies and DevelopmentWA led Structure Plans.

This page also includes reports for development applications that are being provided publicly ahead of Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) and/or DevelopmentWA Board meetings. These reports are published to support transparency prior to consideration by the LRC and/or Board.
