These sites – located in high-demand metropolitan areas such as North Coogee, Kiara, Joondalup, and the growing regional community of Usher in Western Australia’s Southwest – represent a significant step forward in addressing housing supply and affordability.
Once delivered, these developments have the potential to deliver a combined 2,400 new residential dwellings.
