The existing Davis Park precinct will be demolished and redeveloped in stages over a ten-year period. This will ensure much-needed regeneration can occur and up to 700 homes can be delivered across Kinway at Lefroy (the Davis Park Precinct) and Marisol at Lefroy (the former Beaconsfield TAFE site).
The Department of Housing and Works will continue to manage and engage with existing Davis Park social housing residents, including tenant relocations for future development stages.
We are working collaboratively with the Department of Housing and Works to reduce impact to social housing while the redevelopment progresses, with a shared commitment to a brighter future for Beaconsfield.
