The Planning Portal is your digital platform for lodging and tracking DevelopmentWA applications under the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 within designated Redevelopment Areas. New users will be required to register an account.

Lodge an application
The Planning Portal accepts the following applications:
- Development Applications;
- Amendments to Development Applications;
- Working Drawing Clearance Applications;
- Structure Plans;
- Structure Plan Amendments;
- Local Development Plans; and
- Local Development Plan Amendments

Public consultation
All applications currently open for public comment can be viewed through the Planning Portal.
