Stage 3 civil works are now underway at our Clydesdale Park estate, creating a further 32 residential lots, ensuring a future land supply for the Greater Albany community.
Stage 3 lots are expected to be released to market early next year. Stage 2 lots, which are currently available, were issued titles in June.
DevelopmentWA Acting Chief Executive Officer Dean Mudford said DevelopmentWA is working to ensure the land supply needs of Albany now and into the future.
“Located in McKail, a north-western suburb of Albany, Clydesdale Park is bringing new affordable housing options to the Great Southern region with Stage 1 lots starting from just $90,000,” Mr Mudford said.

The 27 titled lots within Stage 2 have proven extremely popular with buyers, looking to build their dream home on a low maintenance block which is located close to local amenity and Albany CBD.
When complete, Clydesdale Park will provide 430 homes.
Another DevelopmentWA project, Oyster Harbour, located by the King River and approximately 10 minutes from the Albany CBD is also experiencing high levels of interest amongst Albany residents.
Mr Mudford said great care was taken to preserve the natural beauty of the area with plans to retain 35ha of public open space whilst providing modern amenities and infrastructure to support a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
