With a prime location just minutes from the Perth CBD, next to Shenton College, and just 400m from Shenton Park Train Station, Montario Quarter is setting new standards for urban renewal in Western Australia, as recognised with the project awarded the 2023 UDIA WA Award for Excellence in Urban Renewal.
With the site’s unique history and heritage celebrated throughout, Montario Quarter has been designed with tree-lined streets, preserved and improved areas of bushland, and large community parklands. Montario Quarter was the first infill development in WA to receive this Accreditation.
