Located in Perth’s north‑west growth corridor, South Yanchep presents a rare chance to deliver a large‑scale, master‑planned coastal community with strong long‑term fundamentals, excellent transport connections, and genuine scale.

This opportunity comprises two adjoining coastal land parcels of approximately 120 hectares, with the potential to deliver around 1,300 residential lots as part of a broader, connected and sustainable community.
