Indulge in a delightful lunch experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth's Hearth Restaurant, where Western Australia's seasonal bounty is brought to life through fire-led cooking and fresh local produce. Savour a delectable menu thoughtfully paced for busy schedules yet designed to make memorable moments in time.

Wine pairing banquet

A feast for the tastebuds - experience the best of Cantonese cuisine with a curated wine pairing banquet, featuring scallops, Peking duck, teriyaki sirloin, Szechuan lamb, egg fried rice and more, all expertly matched with a selection of wines.

Oyster Hour

Enjoy $2 oysters daily at our rooftop bar overlooking Elizabeth Quay.

Perfect for after work drinks, sunset catch ups and casual rooftop dining.

Embrace the cooler season with a festive lunch accompanied by some of the best views in Perth.

Enjoy a 3-course set menu specially curated by our Executive Chef, Ben Keal. Start with shared entrees, followed by your choice of main, and finished with shared desserts - all without the hassle of prep or clean-up. What more could you ask for?

West Coast Journey

Experience the flavours of our home state with our three-course, West Coast Journey menu.

Available to all or groups of 15 or more, the set menu showcases standout dishes including Abrolhos Island Grilled Scallops, Fremantle Octopus as well as the newly added Wild Mushroom and Truffle Linguine.
