November 2024 – January 2025

  • Completion of asbestos remediation and preliminary site clean-up.
  • Independent environmental audits and government inspections to confirm site safety.
  • Final certification and approval process for land development.

January 2025

  • Subdivision works officially commence.
  • Site clearing and levelling to prepare for road construction and building foundations.
  • Laying of underground infrastructure, including:
    • Water, sewer, and electricity connections
