Below is a detailed timeline outlining key project milestones.
August 2024 – November 2024
- Initial site assessment and preparation begins.
- Asbestos remediation works commence to ensure the land is safe for future development.
- Removal of contaminated materials under strict environmental and safety protocols.
- Environmental monitoring and compliance checks conducted throughout the remediation process.
November 2024 – January 2025
- Completion of asbestos remediation and preliminary site clean-up.
- Independent environmental audits and government inspections to confirm site safety.
- Final certification and approval process for land development.
January 2025
- Subdivision works officially commence.
- Site clearing and levelling to prepare for road construction and building foundations.
- Laying of underground infrastructure, including:
- Water, sewer, and electricity connections
- Stormwater drainage systems
- Initial roadworks and footpath construction to enhance accessibility.
March 2025 – August 2025
- Ongoing road construction and finishing works.
- Installation of street lighting, signage, and fencing.
- Public space and landscaping upgrades, including:
