Our organisational values – Brilliance, Alliance, Courage and Integrity – shape our culture and promote positive relationships in an exciting workplace.
A dedicated culture group works on initiatives to continually improve our workplace and make it a better place to work to ensure we:

- support an active workplace giving initiative
- the acronym for these values is BACI, like the Italian chocolate
- you may have noticed a common theme in the branding of these values? – They’re all represented by hands. This is because we believe it’s in all our hands to make sure the values are not just words on a piece of paper – but are lived and breathed in everything we do at DevelopmentWA
- all of these core values are aligned closely with our corporate vision – Shaping our State’s future.
