DevelopmentWA has engaged with the Gnaala Karla Boodja cultural advice committee to notify of works. The approved management of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage for the project includes the engagement of Aboriginal Heritage Monitors to observe the work in identified areas of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage significance, and the implementation of an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Finds Management Plan prepared by a qualified Heritage Consultant, to be utilised as a procedural policy should cultural heritage chance-finds be made during construction.
