Recommendation
The Midland (METRONET East) Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) will consider the below report on the Development Application for the High Wycombe Community Hub (Community Facility, Recreation and Sporting Facility, Café/Restaurant, Child Care Premises, Medical Centres and Shop tenancies) at its meeting on the 1 December 2025.
The report recommends that the LRC resolves to approve the Development Application for a Community Facility, Recreation and Sporting Facility, Café/Restaurant, Child Care Premises, Medical Centres and Shop tenancies at Lots 724, 725, 5 and 6 (Nos. 2, 6, 11 and 31) Sultana Road West, Lot 9 (No. 21) Ibis Place, Lot 33, R52397 and Lot 377 R52399, High Wycombe, subject to the recommended conditions and advice notes.
Members of the public who submitted comments on the Development Application and provided contact details will receive an email with instructions on how to request to make a presentation at the LRC meeting.
