Draft Bentley Design Guidelines and Development Policies
Recommendation
The Bentley Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) will consider the below report on the Bentley Redevelopment Area Design Guidelines and Development Policies at its meeting on the 1 December 2025.
The report recommends that the LRC resolves to recommend to the Board that it approve the adoption of the Bentley Redevelopment Area Design Guidelines and Development Policies in accordance with Clause 3.4 of the Bentley Redevelopment Scheme.
