Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct

A World Leading Facility

Strategically located 40km north of the Perth CBD in Western Australia, the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct will serve as a development and testing ground.

The initial 51 hectare site has the potential to expand in the future, and will be used for testing, research and development, and training in autonomous, remote operations, and robotic systems and equipment.

The strategy is to create and manage access to a globally linked and locally relevant test facility with test laboratories, virtual laboratories and design co-labs. Access to planned facilities will provide precinct users and researchers the opportunity to accelerate technology and analytics testing and scaling, without interrupting on-site production and activities.

Calling for Expressions Of Interest

Launched in early October, we're calling for businesses looking to be involved or have access to the test beds and future facilities to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. On completion of the form, a representative of DevelopmentWA will be in contact to discuss the options available.

Looking To Buy?

The land within the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct is leasehold and as such is not available for sale. Adjacent to the precinct however is Meridian Park industrial estate. General industrial and service industrial lots are currently available. Future stage plans are to provide road connectivity to the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct, with lots highly suitable to businesses looking to service tenants of the precinct. Find out more by visiting the Meridian Park website and contacting the sales team.
