Future land releases
Planning is now underway for Stage 4 which will deliver 16 serviced industrial lots within Newman Light Industrial Area. The new stage will support the growth of existing local businesses and create opportunities for new businesses to establish in the area.

The lots will be suitable for a broad range of industrial uses, including mining services, logistics, construction and energy related activities, helping to strengthen the region’s industrial and service capability over time.
