Stage 1 Civil Works
To enable development of the 10.64ha High Wycombe Station Precinct site, Stage 1 civil works have commenced and is expected to be completed early-mid 2027.
Works include:
- Construction of a new central connector road linking the train station with Milner Road
- Installation of essential services to support future residential development and the proposed High Wycombe Community Hub.
Once complete, these works will create development‑ready lots and help kick‑start the next phase of growth for the precinct.
