Housing Choices WA has been selected as the preferred proponent to develop and operate a new high quality 30-dwelling community housing project on the corner of Brown and Duchess Streets in Busselton that integrates seamlessly with the existing neighbourhood.
The 2,034sqm site:
- Will include a combination of 16 social and 14 affordable housing options
- Is conveniently located near the Busselton CBD and local support services
- Will be built to Silver Liveable standards with a minimum 6-star NatHERS rating

- The Development Application for this development was approved early June 2025
- This allows Housing Choices WA to progress to the next stage of detailed design and preparation for project delivery.
- Housing Choices WA anticipate construction to commence in early 2026 and be completed within 18 months.
