With the opening of Indian Ocean Drive, a direct coastal route has been established between Perth and Cervantes, cutting travel times significantly to just over 2 hours from Perth.

As with all our residential projects this estate has been planned to incorporate sustainable living and as such all fully serviced residential lots are subject to Design Guidelines  and 36-month development conditions.

Water re-use also features throughout the estate and landscaping is sensitive to the local area.

This residential land has been developed under our Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP).
