Development Status

• A subdivision application to develop the site was approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission in  August 2025
• Super Lot D is now marketed as Sundrift Estate by the Fowler Group
• Stage 1:
  • Civil works for 112 residential lots expected to commence in November 2025 following the appointment of a local contractor Exmouth Civil.
  • Stage 1 works are due for completion in November 2026

Land Sales

• Stage 1A was released fir sale in November 2025
• Stage 1B is expected to be released early 2026.
