Development Update: October 2026

Stage 1: Construction

• Bulk earthworks, retaining walls, sewer, water and drainage are complete.
• Electrical and communications infrastructure, roads and footpaths are progressing towards completion.
• Stage 1 civil works remain on track for completion in December 2026.

Landscaping of Parks

Detailed design of the public open space areas is now complete, with landscaping works scheduled to be tendered in November 2026 and construction expected to commence following completion of Stage 1 civil works in early 2027.

These thoughtfully designed parks and landscaped areas will be an important part of Sundrift's relaxed coastal lifestyle, providing welcoming spaces for recreation, community connection and enjoyment of Exmouth's unique natural surroundings.

Stage 2

• Planning and engineering design for Stage 2 is complete, incorporating a mix of residential and commercial opportunities to support the growth of the Sundrift community.
• Subject to demand and servicing, Stage 2 is expected to commence construction mid 2027.

• Stage 1A, released in November 2025 - sold out
• Stage 1B & 1C: Now selling, with 16 lots remaining, as at 26 October 2026.
• The Waterfront Series: Released in September 2026, offering canal front lots, with 11 lots available as at 26 October 2026.
