• A subdivision application to develop the site was approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission in  August 2025
• Super Lot D is now marketed as Sundrift Estate by the Fowler Group
• Stage 1: Civil works for 112 residential lots expected to commence in late 2025 following the appointment of a civil contractor

Land Sales

• Stage 1 is expected to be released for sale, in October / November 2025
