Future residential estate
The proposed future residential estate is located within walking distance from the Kwinana Town Centre and has street frontage to Sulphur Road, Orelia Avenue and Dargin Place.
The site is approximately 6.2ha and will be developed to provide a range of housing options as well as an 8,800sqm park in which existing, mature trees will be retained.
Our vision for the site is to deliver a range of lots at affordable prices to cater for singles, couples, families and empty-nesters. When complete it will deliver up to 150 homes. The lots will range in size and cater for a variety of housing types. They will include smaller cottage lots and several grouped housing sites.
The project will focus on a central park which will celebrate the original Armadale-Rockingham Road as a historic trail, surrounded by retained mature trees in a natural bush setting. It will also incorporate public art which will use sustainably recycled bush material, such as bush poles and grass trees, from the original site.
Kwinana is a thriving town currently enjoying a period of growth and prosperity, with expanding business activity, a strong sense of community and easy access to the Perth CBD, Rockingham and Mandurah.
