Mulataga is now moving into delivery, with civil works expected to begin in September 2026 and the first land releases anticipated from 2027.
Over time, the broader Mulataga area is expected to grow into a community of around 1,300 homes.

The first stage will deliver around 130 residential lots and a new local park for the community to enjoy.
Shared paths will connect people through the neighbourhood, while open spaces create places to meet, play and unwind.
