Western Edge is a proposed 160-hectare master-planned community in South Hedland, designed to transform underutilised land into a vibrant, well-connected residential neighbourhood.

The project will deliver approximately 1,000 lots, providing a mix of housing suitable to support population growth and local workforce retention.

Community infrastructure includes public open spaces and connection to the revitalised South Hedland Town Centre and plans for an independent high school and primary school in later stages.

To support the planning and delivery of Western Edge, we are working closely with The Town of Port Hedland and other key stakeholders.
