The Central Perth Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) considered a report on the development application for the proposed 30 Storey Multiple Dwelling Development at Lot 6 Roe Street, Perth at its meeting on 16 March 2026. A copy of the report and supporting information is provided in the link below.
At this meeting the LRC resolved to recommend approval of the proposal to the DevelopmentWA Board, subject to minor modifications to Conditions and Advice Notes relating to acoustic considerations, operational matters and comments from referral agencies.
The DevelopmentWA Board will consider the proposal at its meeting on 29 April 2926, with a copy of the agenda item to be provided once the agenda is available.
