MRA-14469 - Development Application – High Wycombe Community Hub (Community Facility, Recreation and Sporting Facility, Café/Restaurant, Child Care Premises, Medical Centres and Shop tenancies)

At its meeting on 1 December 2025 the Midland (METRONET East) Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) resolved to approve the development application for the High Wycombe Community Hub (Community Facility, Recreation and Sporting Facility, Café/Restaurant, Child Care Premises, Medical Centres and Shop tenancies), subject to minor modifications to the recommended conditions and advice notes to address landscaping and bushfire consideration.
