At its meeting of 3 November 2025 the Central Perth Land Redevelopment Committee resolved to approve the development application for Adaptive Re-Use of Hotel to Specific Purpose Accommodation (Affordable Housing) and Change of Use to Office, Shop, Restaurant/Café, Recreation and Sporting Facilities (Yoga Studio) and Health and Social Services at Lots 1-12 (No.10) Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, subject to the recommended conditions and modifications to the recommended advice notes to address the detailed design of kitchens, further encouragement of community related uses within the development, clarification regarding the landscape strategy and additional Residential Operational Management Plan considerations.
