On 29 April 2026, the DevelopmentWA Board considered a recommendation for development approval of a 30 Storey Multiple Dwelling Development at Lot 6 Roe Street, Perth. At this meeting, the DevelopmentWA Board approved the development subject to conditions and advice notes as recommended by the Central Perth Redevelopment Committee. The approved development plans and list of Conditions and Advice notes is available for download below.
