MRA-14465: Bentley Redevelopment Area Design Guidelines and Development Policies
Adopted
At its meeting on 15 December 2025, the Board approved the adoption of the Bentley Redevelopment Area Design Guidelines and Development Policies, in accordance with clause 3.4 of the Bentley Redevelopment Scheme.
The Design Guidelines and Development Policies will provide a framework for the delivery of high quality built form, a vibrant public realm and sustainable design outcomes that respond to local context and character.
