At its meeting on 3 August 2026, the Armadale Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) considered the proposal and resolved to approve the Service Station and Shop Development at Lot 11 and Lot 50 (No. 2861 and No. 2853) Albany Highway, Kelmscott, subject to conditions of approval and advice notes.
