METRONET East High Wycombe Design Guidelines

METRONET EAST HIGH WYCOMBE DESIGN GUIDELINES - BOARD ADOPTION
At its meeting on 22 September 2025, the Board approved the adoption of the METRONET East High Wycombe Design Guidelines, in accordance with clause 4.4 of the METRNONET East Redevelopment Scheme.
The Design Guidelines will support the implementation of the METRONET East High Wycombe Structure Plan by establishing a framework for the delivery of high quality built form, a vibrant public realm and sustainable design outcomes that respond to local context and character.
