Recommendation
The Central Perth Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) considered a report on the development application for the proposed 33 storey Specific Purpose (Student) Accommodation, Shop and Café/Restaurant Development at Lot 108 Telethon Ave, Perth at its meeting on 13 April 2026. At this meeting the LRC resolved to recommend approval of the proposal to the DevelopmentWA Board, subject to minor modifications to Advice Notes relating to acoustic considerations and public art outcomes.
The DevelopmentWA Board will consider the proposal at its meeting on 29 April 2026, with a copy of the agenda item available below.
