DevelopmentWA is seeking public comment on the proposed development of a 33-storey building comprising Student Accommodation, Shop and Cafe/Restaurant at Lot 108 (No. 12-28) Telethon Ave, Perth (also known as Kings Square). The full extent of works include:
- 33 storey student accommodation development containing 854 beds in single, twin and shared arrangements;
- Communal amenity spaces including laundry, kitchen, gym and study areas;
- Two ground floor tenancies for shop and café/restaurant; and
- Four car parking bays and 162 bicycle bays
