On 29 April 2026 the DevelopmentWA Board approved the proposed development of a 33 storey Specific Purpose (Student) Accommodation, Shop and Café/Restaurant Development at Lot 108 Telethon Ave, Perth, subject to Conditions and Advice Notes as recommended by the Central Perth Redevelopment Committee.
