Proposed 7-18 Storey Mixed Use Development - Lot 1 (No. 154) Subiaco Road, Subiaco
Recommendation
The Subiaco Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) will consider a report on the development application for a proposed 7-18 Storey Mixed Use Development at Lot 1 (No. 154) Subiaco Road, Subiaco at its meeting on 11 May 2026. The development proposes
- 447 social and affordable dwellings within four separate towers with heights ranging from seven to 18 storeys;
- Ground floor office for future housing provider to provide on-site management;
- Two ground floor tenancies of "Shop" and "Cafe/Restaurant" fronting Court Place;
- 308 parking bays comprised of 279 resident bays and 29 visitor bays; and
- 122 on-site trees including 21 retained mature trees.
The report recommends that the LRC resolves to recommend to the DevelopmentWA Board that it approves the development subject to the recommended conditions and advice notes. A copy of the report and supporting information is provided in the link below.
