The Subiaco Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) considered the development application for a proposed 7-18 Storey Mixed Use Development at Lot 1 (No. 154) Subiaco Road, Subiaco at its meeting on 11 May 2026. The LRC resolved to recommend to the DevelopmentWA Board that it approves the development subject to minor modifications to the the recommended conditions and advice notes to clarify the timing of clearing planning condition, clarify dilapidation requirements, clarify how development policy 9 and 10 are to be addressed, and to ensure that cultural interpretation elements are embedded into the landscape design.
